I designed a mold from object 2487189 using various materials. First, I attempted casting with both gypsum and air dry clay, observing the results of each method. When working with air dry clay, I began by placing thin foil at its base before adding the clay itself. Next, I pressed the clay firmly into place and smoothed out any wrinkles that formed with my fingers. The eyes were meticulously crafted using a Dremel tool and small drill bits to achieve the desired shape. To ensure optimal mold performance, it may be necessary to slice the mold in half, either digitally using meshmixer or physically with a saw as I did for the gypsum mold.
