This 3D model is based on real data, offering a realistic representation of Kaesong Industrial Park in North Korea with its buildings and streets. It features three building groups that allow for customization via color, materials, and textures (each group can be turned on/off). The road network consists of roads, streets, squares, and plazas. The model is UV mapped, using overlapping UVs, and positioned on a flat surface with all buildings resting on the "floor" (elevation data not included). Geometry is composed of polygonal quads and tris. The model is untextured but renders quickly. It can be licensed for commercial use under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareALike 2.0 (CC-BY-SA) license, with attribution to OpenStreetMap contributors. Note that due to the degree of data processing, some buildings may be missing if there is no available data, although updates can be provided at no additional cost if new data becomes available. Buildings not yet constructed in the city may also be displayed on the model. The model serves as a minimalistic representation of the area, not designed for high-precision urban scape purposes or 3D printing.
