HOUSING SIZE:Measuring approximately 200x200x250mm in size CONTROLLER:A powerful combination of the Arduino Mega2560 and RAMPS1.4, along with four A4988 drivers LCD:Utilizing a smart controller for seamless operation POWER SUPPLY:A reliable 12V 5A power supply measuring 102x55x32mm in size, paired with an inlet module plug MOTOR:NEMA16 motors, each 25mm long and part of a total of five units, plus one NEMA17 motor SHAFT:Utilizing five shafts, two at 178mm and four at 195mm in length, plus two six-meter shafts LINEAR BUSH:LMK6LUU bushings are used in pairs for smooth operation BUSH:Eighty-Bush bushings measure 80B-0506 x8, while GEB-0505 bushings number four DRIVE GEAR:A MK8 gear is utilized for efficient drive performance PULLEY:Fifteen GT2 pulleys with a 20 bore and five millimeters in diameter are used throughout the system TIMMING BELT:Four GT2 belts with widths of 4mm each, along with three other belts measuring 370, 452, and 406mm respectively, round out the belt selection IDLER:A single GT2-20 BORE5 idler is utilized for added support PARRALEL PIN:One 3x10 pin and one 5x20 pin are used for parallel connections BEARING:Eight F625ZZ bearings along with a 623ZZ bearing provide stability and durability LIMIT SWITCH:Three KW12 limit switches ensure safe operation TUBE FITTING:A single 4mm tube fitting is used to connect the system's tubes HOTEND:E3D hotends are utilized for precise temperature control BODY MATERIAL:A sturdy 4mm board made from plywood or MDF material forms the body of the prototype TABLE MATERIAL:A solid 5mm aluminum table provides a stable base BED MATERIAL:A three-millimeter thick polycarbonate or acrylic bed ensures a smooth surface DC12V FAN:One 4010 and one 2507 DC fan provide adequate cooling 2018.10.18 ADD:A hedblock and fan adapter for CR8 type hotends were added to the system. 2018.01.15 ADD:A new head block was incorporated into the prototype model.
