******* UPDATED ******** I've updated the model to version 1.2. This update includes tighter tolerances for the diameter of the stock tube and a deeper recess for the retaining nut so you can use some more commonly available nuts. The recess was previously 3mm but I've changed it to 5mm, allowing you to even use nyloc nuts now too. The hinge tabs have been made slightly thicker because there was space available when looking at v1.1 fitted to the gun and every little bit helps. **************************** Hey guys, This adapter is designed to enable M4/M16 style stocks to be mounted on the KAC PDW Airsoft rifle. I spent a lot of time researching options for replacing the stock and found the BullGear adapter, but I couldn't find it in stock anywhere. That's what led me to designing this one myself, hopefully you'll find it useful. I printed it in PLA at 0.24 layer height with supports everywhere and standing in the orientation shown. It took around 1.5 hours with 40% infill on my Ender 3. You could probably get away with a lower infill, but if you intend to attach a sling to the stock then you should probably factor that in to prevent it from breaking under the weight of the rifle. I'll probably make a couple more revisions of this as I design a new stock to go with it. It fits really well at the moment. Next up is to design a nice slim and tidy stock with an integrated battery compartment, hopefully without looking too chunky. If you found it useful, don't forget to give it a LIKE! Why not?
