Chances are, if you just spent thousands of dollars for this tape gun, you probably already bought it with the correct adapters for your application. We were lucky enough to have them, but the demo unit didn't come with the right adapter for our one-inch diameter tape spools, so I quickly designed and printed a custom adapter instead of waiting weeks for the correct one to arrive. I'm guessing most people won't need this hack, but you never know what might come in handy. You'll probably need an expertly calibrated machine to get the tolerances just right, but other than that, it's a straightforward print job. I used PETG and it works perfectly fine. As a matter of fact, we ended up buying the demo unit and are still using my custom adapters in our production line.
