I designed this for the Kaabo Mantis 10 Stem which has a 40.06mm (1.58") diameter stem. This will give you a 23mm mounting point for light or other accessory. No hardware necessary for mounting. Designed to be mounted with a zip tie. Designed this because the stock handlebars make it difficult to center a bike light.
