adapts scx24 motors to the k989 platform. scx24 gears will only work if you notch out a channel in the chassis with a grinding wheel. not necessary for the build though. but you will need to source or make a spur gear to run on stock k989 pinion. i find the notch out method to be easier and a better gear ratio for drift. you only need to remove about 2mm deep and maybe 3mm wide to be on the safe side... print with the bearing hole facing up for best strength. clean the base and around the nub before installing.
