K8400 VERTEX Wire Covers (Rev. 1)

This was one of my first designs and it is far from being perfect, so please consider printing the new version published at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2054260. The set includes 8 pieces that completely cover K8400 wires. I printed them with 0.1mm quality and "touching bed" support type. All pieces are mounted to existing holes using M3x10mm screws and self-locking nuts, except for one screw above the main controller board, which needs to be an M3x8mm screw to fit. Using regular M3 nuts in that spot was necessary because they are not as tall as self-locking nuts. I glued them with thread glue. Pushing all wires under these covers is a challenging task that requires patience. You will need to pull excess wires down through the hole at the bottom of the printer. Start mounting the covers from the top and finish with the bottom right piece. To attach the nuts between the power supply and the printer's bottom, you either have to temporarily remove the power supply or stick them to a piece of blue painter's tape and try to get them under the screws. To ensure that the longest piece fits the Vertex print bed, rotate it in Repetier around the Z-axis for 41-42 degrees. Two pieces with names ending "_support.stl" are mounted from the other sides of the back and bottom panels. Update: On October 28, 2016, I added the second revision of the x-motor_extr1 file, which is required only if you plan to make a specific modification to your printer, as described at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1857266.
