K8203 fan holder and nozzle
thingiverse
I wanted to use eytec's K8200 fan duct (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:160252) with my K8200 but there the extruder sits in a different position so I designed my own fan holder using two M5 square nuts for mounting. Its designed to sit on the right side of the extruder when mounting make sure the nozzle sits high enough and doesn't touch the build plate. I also use this customizable nozzle http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:130917 to build a nozzle that cools the extruder more efficiently. For this I created a proper fan holder for the left side only using Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=130917. The customizer settings are: $fn = 48, nozzle_wall = 1.5, mntholes_numberof = 4, nozzle_scale = 0.7, nozzle_edges = 10, nozzle_length = 24, mntholes_angles = [ 90, 270, 0, 180 ], nozzle_dillation = 20, nozzle_tilt = 0, nozzle_edgeradius = 3. When you use a fan that's not as thick as mine you probably want to increase the nozzle length to 34 or so. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: K8200/3Drag Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.35 Infill: 40% Notes: I printed this with white PLA using the K8203 extruder at 180°C and 60°C for the heat bed with 40% infill Instructions Use M5 square nuts and screws for mounting make sure the fans/fan duct doesn't hit the build plate they sit quite low. Use long M3 screws for mounting the fans and nozzle with the fan holder When you mount your K8203 the other way round or want to swap both fans just mirror the objects
