Replace your original nut holder with this improved design, which helps minimize Z-axis wobbling and backlash. This redesigned nut holder is inspired by models found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:235494 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:166030. For optimal performance, use it in conjunction with the components available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:361064 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:135151. To assemble, first ensure that the smaller part can move freely inside the larger one; if needed, sand the parts for a smooth surface. Insert the spring between the two nuts within the smaller part, allowing them to slide along the hole. Place the smaller part into the larger one and attach it to the M8 leadscrew using the screw. Lastly, secure the nut-holder to the extruder arm with the original M5x0.8 bolts.
