In order to replace the original M8 thread on your K8200 with an 8 mm lead screw, you will need to swap out both the bearing and its support as well. I've recently purchased a KP08 bearing, which features an extended bore featuring a screw that can be fixed directly onto the lead screw (or shaft). Instead of using the original housing/support that comes with the KP08, I opted for a different approach. Simply pass a screwdriver through the bearing's bore and tilt it 90 degrees to separate the bearing from its housing. To install the new bearing, print out the replacement file and mount the bearing in the reverse order that you removed it. The printed part has the same curvature and dimensions as the original KP08 housing. First, place the bearing perpendicular to the base plate of the support (printed part) from above, then tilt it into its resting horizontal position. I've had success printing this replacement part with PETG, and it works remarkably well, almost indistinguishable from the zinc alloy housing that came with my K8200.
