In case of replacing the original M8 thread (z-axis screw) on you K8200 to an 8 mm lead screw, you need to replace the original bearing as well as the bearing support. I have bought a KP08 bearing, which has an extended bore with a screw to get fixed on the lead screw (or a shaft). I preferred not to use the original housing/support which comes with KP08. Just pass a screw driver through the bearing bore and tilt it 90 degrees, then you can have the bearing separated from the housing. Print the file and mount the bearing in a same way you took it out but in reverse order. The part has the same curvature and dimension same as the original KP08 housing. First put the bearing perpendicular to the base plate of the support (printed part) from top then tilt it to the resting horizontal position. I have printed in PETG and it works almost like the zinc alloy housing.
