The K8200 T5 Y-belt printer assembly requires a specific setup for tensioner placement. One solution is to print without support material and mount the component without disassembling the printer. To install this part, gather these materials: 3 M4x16 hex socket cap head bolts, 5 M4x20 hex socket cap head bolts, 7 M4x8,8x0,8mm washers, 6 M4x20x1,4mm (or slightly larger) washers, 5 M4 nuts, 3 M4 self-locking nuts, and 5 M4 serrated lock washers. Additionally, you will need 3 SKF 634-2Z M4x16x5mm ball-bearings for successful installation.
