K8200 XY Axis Upgrade

A full upgrade package for the K8200 3D Drag printer is now available, designed to enhance performance and stability. Key features include: Encasing Y Axis cables in a robust cable chain, ensuring secure management. Housing Stepper motors with a Damper attached to each, minimizing vibration. Replacing X and Y End Stop mechanisms with high-precision components. Allowing for precise tensioning of the Y axis belt, utilizing a GT2 belt. Both motor housings are designed to work seamlessly with the two-plate damper, widely available from various sources (see image). The cable chain measures 14mm x 10mm in size. Low-tooth-count pulleys have been fitted to both motors, resulting in higher XY resolution. The Y End Stop is an enhanced version of a design originally posted on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:616525), now incorporating the End Stop screw and featuring increased thickness. For optimal performance, it's recommended to print motor mounts with high/solid infill, ensuring maximum rigidity. To facilitate this upgrade, it was necessary to rotate the bearing holders on the Y Axis furthest from the motor and reduce the printable Y width from 200mm down to 196mm.
