K8200 - stiffening and herringbone extruder gears

My K8200 printer needed some reinforcement (I screwed two iron bars, 8x16mm diagonally to xz and yz) and new bearings. The remarkable progress in print quality convinced me to also replace the worn-out extruder gears with printed ones. I couldn't find the original 10/43 ratio in superior herringbone design here on the forum, so I dug into my library design [Gear cutting with free profile shift](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:636119) and designed it quickly from scratch. - The modulus is 1.5. - Z10 has a 5mm axes distance and uses an M3 screw and nut. The geared height is 8mm, and the full height is 19mm. - Z43 fits onto an M8 screw head. The geared height is 7.5mm. - The axes are 40mm apart. I printed the pair, and it turned out very well on my stiffened machine with .2mm layers. For lubrication, I recommend using silicon grease.
