By switching to an E3D hotend, I encountered issues with filament getting stuck. To resolve this, I created a pre-oiler for my K8200 – adding a few drops of peanut oil prevents jams! Over the past 4 weeks, it has been jam-free. The lid's taps can be removed if desired, and it also functions as a filament cleaner.
