To prevent overheating, an air gap is maintained between the two power supplies (http://such001.reichelt.de/index.html?&ACTION=446&LA=2). Aligning the print may require filing to achieve a snug fit in the aluminum profile; note that calibration of your printer could be improved. To create a pair, don't forget to mirror this design.
