K8200 new Z-Axis Stop-screw holder
thingiverse
The z-axis stop screw accuracy has been enhanced by creating a new part. This part is available in two sizes, large and small; however, the small one proves stable enough. Original screws can be used except for the setting screw, which has been replaced with a larger one. The stop switch is mounted on this thingiverse model: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:232446. Assemble it using 1 M4 bolt, 2 M4 nuts, and 1 6.4 x 10.3mm spring. Place the spring between the nuts into the socket at the back, screw the setting screw to hold the nuts in place, and finally attach the holder to the extruder arm with original screws.
