A simple 8mm wide LED strip can be easily inserted into a holder... or no adhesive is required. The length of the LED strip is 150mm. In my LED strip, this is exactly the distance between six breaking positions or 18 LEDs. If needed (e.g., for filament replacement), the LED strip can be folded backward.
