K8200 improved Z-Axis holder

The K8200's most unrefined aspect appears to be its Z-axis layout. Improvements are made, though - utilizing a flex coupling ($ few) between the stepper motor and rod makes a difference. I have applied a mod from thing:166023 to accomplish this change. Prior experience with the original design was valuable but didn't provide sufficient space, prompting me to lower the entire axis. Additionally, new motor holder and z-axis adjustment are implemented in place of previous ones, seen elsewhere in my designs/makes.
