K8200 Frame clip and locking pin for Velleman 3D printer
thingiverse
Altering the printer's frame for accessory mounting can prove cumbersome, especially if modifications are made post-assembly. While the vertical aluminum profiles can be easily adjusted by removing the top caps, areas like the Z carriage arm require significant dismantling. To address this issue, I designed a locking pin that slides through a slot and locks upon 90-degree rotation. Rectangular holes on the clip sides allow for smooth pin movement. Utilize flat M3 bolts with washers or flat M4 bolts for optimal performance. For further details, visit my blog: http://ljwinkler.blogspot.ie/2014/01/frame-clip-and-locking-pin-for-velleman.html
