I've rebuilt my K8200 to use a 1.75mm E3D v6 hot end, opting instead to print a well-proven extruder design and create a new extruder plate for it. Downloading the STL file here is easy enough. To ensure stability, an infill of 75-80% is recommended. I highly recommend the excellent extruder I printed, found on Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18379. The simple transparent plate that holds the hotend in place was purchased from E3D along with the hotend itself. It's a basic design that should be easily replicable. The original fan of the E3D v6 looks good but sounds terrible, a common issue with small fans. Fortunately, there are very silent 40mm alternatives available.
