K8200 E3D V5 Mount and extension for nozzle fan

To enhance visibility, modify your E3D V5 k8200 mount as described at this link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:267337. Positioning the nozzle fan duct at the rear of the extruder revealed a problem with holding screws obstructing the view. To solve this, create an angled extension duct as shown in the provided images. This design also allows the use of k8200 ring light without any risk of obstruction between printed fan parts and LED ring. Assembling this setup requires a 30mm fan with E3D V5 hot end and a 40mm fan for cooling duct. Print the extruder mount, fan duct, and extension duct, then use M3 machine screws and nuts for assembly. Attach the 30mm fan to the hotend mount using M2 screws (no nuts required). Ensure that female screw mounts on k8200 are aligned with flat sides facing inwards for printed mount can insertion.
