This project presents a unique take on the k8200 dual z-axis system, featuring 50% original and 50% new components. The designer's preference for symmetry led them to avoid belt-driven dual axis projects, resulting in an innovative design. Extruder arm parts can be used with the original motor holder without needing longer aluminium profiles. This concept also simplifies enclosure construction around the printer.
