K8200 Auto bed leveling with ballograf pen

I required an auto bed leveling system for my K8200 printer. Discovered several designs, but most utilized a 9g servo to position a micro switch on the print bed. However, this method had one significant flaw: the angle of the servo motor could never be exactly consistent every time it was activated. In order to overcome this issue, I designed an alternative system based on the high-precision probe developed by "agence_akira" ( Thingiverse link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:490024 ). Unfortunately, material limitations forced me to redesign the system using components that I had available at home. I approached this problem as a "module" design that could be adapted for use with other printers, including basic brackets specifically designed for the K8200 printer model. In the process of working on this project, I incidentally created a 20x20cm plotter, which added to the complexity of my endeavor. To ensure optimal performance, follow these steps: Rotate the printed components before assembling the system. Verify that all moving parts move smoothly. If they don't, create some abrasive patterns using sandpaper to smooth them out. Drill pilot holes in each component for precise assembly. The Ballograf pen is 5.75mm wide and requires a 6mm hole; make sure the alignment of these components is precise. To complete this system, gather the following materials: A "tiny" micro switch (commonly found in mouse designs). A 9g Servo motor for positioning precision. A Ballograf pen with precise measurement capability. Five M2 bolts. Two M2 nuts. Two tagged spacers for smooth movement and stable assembly.
