I've designed a straightforward belt mount for the y-axis to replace the original. It's specifically built to work with GT2 belt and a GT20 pulley, as I've upgraded to that myself. You'll need to drill an extra hole in the plastic part to secure it properly. That's not a significant issue. Here's what you'll need: 1x M5x25mm bolt (or two if you prefer not to use one for the original mount) 1x M5 washer 1x M5 nut 1x rod Ø5mm, L30mm 1x GT20 pulley Ø16mm, L16.5mm 2x ball bearings 625 ZZ 5x16x5mm You can find these parts at: Ball bearings: http://www.ebay.com/itm/390366399952 GT20 pulley: http://www.ebay.com/itm/191500517439
