Added a vinyl cut extension to the reworked holder for the E3D V6 hotend. The vinyl cut cartridge replaces the clamp. THe default version should be minimally shorter than the hotend so the cutter can stay fixed with the blade retracted or removed. The blde can be adjusted to match the default Z homing of the hotend. The long version extends over the hotend. This will reduce interference with the hontend but the whole cutter needs to be removed if the hotend is used. Z homing needs adjusting.
