<p>A newer version of the mic arm addon for my AKG K7XX with my Sony ECMCS3 mic from my previous model: <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2481074">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2481074</a></p> <p>This one is heavier but the mic is removable with the cables so I can take them off anytime and use the headphone independently.</p> <hr/> <p>Like the V1, this will scratch the plastic on the K7XX where the attachment clips on.</p> <p>This version contains 2 version, the friction fit and the one with gears.</p> <p>Both requires:</p> <ul> <li>1x M2 12mm</li> <li>1x M3 12mm</li> <li>Nuts are optional for the gear version, 1x M2 nuts for the friction version</li> <li>Gear version requires extra M2 12mm and friction version require a M2 8mm</li> </ul> <p>I would recommend some lock tight for the side swivel joints and some cable sleeves</p> <p>Print it hotter for stronger parts. This should work with K702, K701 or similar style headphones. Wire can be route in the slots, I used blu tack and sewing thread to held it in place, loop the mic wire in the side swivel joint.</p> <p>The mic holder connector to the side swivel arm is 5.2mm diameter if you wish to make your own mic holder.</p> <hr/> <p>Update:16/05/2018</p> <p>Added desk clamp attachment:</p> <p>The desk clamp and the screw can be printed with 20-25% infill</p> <p>The side sliding clamp screw should be print with 100% infill</p> <p>The rest of the parts I've printed with 45%. but it should be fine from 30% upwards</p> <hr/> <p>Update: 21/04/2019</p> <p>Added attachment for Mpow 2 in 1 Bluetooth receiver/transmitter</p> Category: Audio
