K40 (with wheels) Adjustable Bed

This remix is specifically designed for a K40 laser cutter with wheels. I modified the design to eliminate the protruding threaded bar, thereby conserving cutting area and reducing waste. The bottom holder features an 8mm nut that securely holds the threaded rod in place, which is then screwed onto the bed using M4 screws. The timing pulley is firmly attached to the rod, with a ball bearing mounted on top of the holder for smooth operation. Cable ties are used to tighten the belt fairly tight. I printed all parts with 25% infill and support settings. The following components were sourced from Home Depot: * 2 pieces of 15x15mm steel square tube (2x15cm and 2x28cm) * 50x25cm expanded metal * M8 threaded rod with nut From AliExpress, I obtained the following parts: * A pack of 10 ball bearings, measuring 8x16x5mm (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10PCS-LOT-Ball-Bearing-688-ZZ-688-2Z-688-2RS-688-2RZ-688-DDU-8x16x5-mm/32833410716.html) * A pulley without teeth, suitable for 6mm width timing belts (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Reprap-CNC-Idler-Pully-without-teeth-2GT-timing-pulley-with-ball-bearing-3D-printer-for-6mm/32805017992.html) * A timing pulley with 20 teeth, bore size 8mm, and suitable for GT2 timing belts (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1-piece-20-teeth-Bore-8mm-GT2-Timing-Pulley-fit-width-6mm-of-2GT-timing-Belt/32736384491.html) * A GT2 timing belt with 1140 teeth and closed loop design (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free-Shipping-1PCS-LOT-GT2-1140-closed-loop-rubber-2GT-timing-belt-1140-GT2-6-Teeth/32791435275.html)
