This is a magnetic fan mount for a K40 laser engraver/cutter. For each fan needed, gather the following materials: * 3mm plywood * 50mm fan with bolt holes centered 40mm apart * 2 to 4 #6 machine bolts, 3/4" long * 2 to 4 #6 nuts * 1 9.5mm magnet * Tape * Wood glue Assembly Instructions: 1. Cut out the wood parts from the plywood. 2. Assemble the wood parts with wood glue. 3. Apply tape across the bottom of the base. 4. Place a magnet in the hole, securing it to the tape. 5. Position the fan within the wooden mount (refer to photos). 6. Secure the fan using bolts and nuts. Three of these fans are positioned at the front of the machine, directing smoke towards the vent. This clear-out of smoke keeps soot off materials and prevents smoke from obstructing the laser beam, resulting in increased laser power.
