After purchasing my K40, I discovered that the exhaust vent was not only gigantic and obstructive but also uniquely designed compared to every other model on Thingiverse. As a result, I swiftly created a custom design for this vent to expand its bed space while keeping it out of harm's way during homing procedures with an air assist nozzle in place.
