K40 Laser Self-tensioning X-Axis belt clamp
thingiverse
This is a little personal project. I didn't want to have to punch a hole in the K40 laser's timing belt to secure it to the gantry's "train" so I designed this self-tensioning clamp. The only downside is that it uses a longer length of belt. Approximately 80mm in length. Slot the belt into the groove of the triangular piece (T1 & T2) and wrap it around. See images attached for assembly.
