Print the two parts. Rotate the outer part by 180 degrees as seen in the picture. Fill the cap with dielectric grease using a 3ml syringe. I used Liqui Moly Nr. 3312 "Silicon Grease". The laser tube should be rotated so that the distance between contact and metal case is maximized. I applied a thin layer of dielectric grease to the high voltage end of the laser tube to prevent creepage current and discharge. WARNING: High voltage can be deadly! Close the metal case before turning it on.
