K40 Laser Relay control box
thingiverse
This is a relay box I created for my K40 laser, featuring separate inputs for the mains 240v accessories and the 5V circuits that power the control panel buttons and supply the relay. A recommended upgrade involves installing a removable connector between the 5V leads coming from the K40 laser and the relay box, allowing me to move the K40 laser independently of the relay box. This relay (a 4-channel 5V model) is used - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/5V-12V-24V-1-2-4-8-Channel-Relay-High-Low-Level-Optocoupler-Module-Arduino-PI/263560749851?hash=item3d5d71e31b:m:mmiqmRDYUbao0Bu3hzbUxZA It requires x6 3.5 x 16mm screws, x4 3.0 x 12mm screws, and x2 PG11 cable glands to assemble.
