K40 Laser Pointer Aligner, 4 Laser Diode
thingiverse
This thing was created using Tinkercad. Edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/1iPDuAMqSNu. It's a fusion of two designs, with the same circumference as its predecessors. Instead of LEDs, this design is engineered to utilize 4 or fewer Laser Diodes in the 4 holes. The Radius area for the K40 Laser beam to pass through is very small, so precise alignment is crucial to avoid damaging your Aligner. Simply insert four flat-head machine screws facing outward into the crossbars with a nut, align it correctly, and connect the Laser pointers. I haven't tested the actual alignment yet, as my K40 is on order. I'll update this information later.
