K40 Laser Motorized Z Bed with 8mm Lead Screws

A few tweaks to the corner brackets on this project (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3051286) are needed to work seamlessly with 3/4" x 3/4" aluminum tubing. My tubing measured exactly 15.5mm x 15.5mm inside, presenting a precise fit. The top corners were modified to accommodate t-nuts for 8mm 2.0 pitch lead screws. To achieve this, I used the sketchup files included with the project. Each lead screw was cut to approximately 105 mm in length. I opted out of using a tensioner and instead utilized a small zip-tie for secure fastening. In the near future, I plan to remix the design to relocate the motor outside the table assembly, allowing for larger objects to be placed on the work surface.
