I acquired the "special pro" laser head from LightObject for my K40 upgrade (http://www.lightobject.com/Special-Pro-laser-head-mount-for-30mm-mirror-25mm-focus-lens-LR-Type-P787.aspx) and found that I required a means to attach it to the stock K40 carriage. I rapidly designed this in PLA and so far, it's functioning flawlessly. The carriage connects to the laser with M3 screws and the bolts holding the laser head itself are M5.
