k40 Laser Exhaust System

This is a three-part system for directing your K40 laser to a 3-inch hose. All parts are designed to be removable externally for easy access and maintenance. Once you replace the old internal exhaust, you can insert the new shorter one, followed by the gasket which should snap on firmly to the internal exhaust. Then simply slide the outer exhaust in behind it for a snug fit. If you're not up for wrestling with the inner exhaust (you'll need to remove the X/Y table), then it's recommended that you either replace the screws with countersunk ones so they sit more flush or use the gasket as a template for a piece of EVA craft foam that will form around the screw heads. Note: supports are only needed on the outer exhaust and only for the small overhang on the 3-inch port. You can adjust your support overhang settings until only that portion remains.
