K40 laser exhaust system

This is a fast and simple way to exhaust your K40 outside through a double hung window. I mounted the blower on the exterior so that any leaks in the exhaust tube will be on the suction side rather than blown out into the room. It's quite straightforward to fabricate and put into use. I bought this 195 cfm 4" inline blower from Amazon for approximately $25. I had planned for the blower to slide over the adapter, but I made a mistake when drawing it up, and the blower slides into the adapter instead. It's not a big issue though. The ID of the adapter turned out to be just slightly too large. Rather than wasting the first part, I simply wrapped a couple of layers of duct tape around the blower flange and it fits perfectly. This was designed using Microsoft 3D Builder, so you can easily adjust the sizes if you'd like.
