K40 Laser Exhaust Coupler

The exhaust fan supplied with the K40 laser is somewhat clunky, to say the least. A high-powered inline 100mm ventilator is significantly more effective and costs almost nothing at all. This adaptor attaches directly to the back of the laser using the same mounting holes for the duct. I removed the original screws and replaced them with slightly longer M4 socket head screws. There's an optional gasket included, which can be printed in TPU or cut out from any flexible sheet. It will improve the seal and possibly reduce noise caused by vibrations. However, it's not necessary, so it's entirely up to you!
