This is a custom-fit exhaust system for a Chinese K40 laser setup. To assemble, first print the exhaust flange on your 3D printer and then cut out the mount using your laser cutter. The design calls for the flange to be securely attached to the rear of the mount with hot glue. Once in place, the flange will accept a 4-inch ID tube that connects directly to an inline exhaust fan. Be sure to fill any gaps between the mount and the body of the laser, as the thickness of the material used for the mount may vary. To seal the gap, attach a rubber sealing strip with hot glue - it fits snugly in place.
