I'm creating a custom exhaust port for a 3D printer that replaces the standard sheetmetal component. This version is shorter, allowing unobstructed access to the upper part of the bed. The unique design allows it to be installed or removed without disassembling other parts of the machine. I employed M4 rivet nuts in the factory holes to simplify installation. Update: Several users have asked about a wider vent that maximizes airflow. A second variant has been uploaded, offering improved airflow but potentially requiring modifications for certain machines due to manufacturing differences. This revised design also features minor improvements over its predecessor.
