K40 Laser Custom Control Panel

I designed this custom control panel for my laser from scratch. To enhance its functionality, I incorporated an analog ammeter, temperature gauges, and additional switches, refining the design through four or five iterations. The mounting slots are strategically positioned to accommodate the screw patterns on my machine, which were not perfectly aligned. Be sure to verify their alignment with your own equipment before using them. I've included the DXF files for the cutouts, allowing you to use, modify, and customize them as needed. For reference, I've provided links to the specific hardware components I utilized in this project. The label was created using Photoshop, printed on a laser printer, and secured with spray adhesive before being laminated with clear adhesive tape.
