I print everything in ABS because most of what I do involves rapid prototyping, and I need more rigidity. The hose used has a .170 ID and a .25 OD. Both measurements are critical since there's a nipple inside the nozzle that the hose goes over (as shown in one of the pics). The .25 is obviously what the hose passes through. I bought the hose from Home Depot by the brass fitting section. The lower the resolution, the smoother it will move, but I just sanded the balls with 400-grit sandpaper before assembling them. There's a hose in the middle, so if you move it too much, the pressure will pop them apart. No big deal - just snap them back together. If you need it longer, you can simply add another section and pull the hose through. The only place where supports are necessary is on the nipple in the middle of the nozzle. The bolt is a 3mm, but the threads aren't printed. Either tap or run the screw into the plastic, and it will create the threads.
