K40 Laser 2nd Mirror Mount: SquiggleEliminator

This is a customized mount for the K40 laser's second mirror, built to replace the flimsy stock mount. The K40 stock laser cutter comes with a sheetmetal mount that has a tendency to flex up and down, much like spring steel, whenever there is rapid acceleration in the Y-stepper direction. This results in squiggles appearing on the laser path, which I find aesthetically unpleasing. Required for this project are three M3x20mm buttonhead screws and two M3x10mm buttonhead screws. Some additional information to keep in mind: * The stock mount weighs 38 grams. * To achieve extra Y-travel, it's recommended to trim off 4mm from the rubber hose endstop. * As usual, re-aiming of the second mirror will be necessary after making these adjustments.
