Rather than sawing down the original exhaust vent, I wanted to design something even better. This is for newer models of the K40 that utilizes the mounting arrangement shown. This piece (or pieces) maximizes the intake without obstructing movement of the laser. Multiple files are included depending on the bed size of your printer.
