I decided to craft a more effective exhaust vent instead of dismantling the original one. This design is tailored for newer K40 models, utilizing the mounting setup illustrated here. This custom piece(s) enhances airflow without hindering laser movement. Files are included based on your printer's bed size. The layer height is set at .14mm with a nozzle diameter of .4mm and no support structures required.
