K40 exhaust case 10cm tube fan

I needed an additional fan beyond the standard China-made unit included with my dryer, one that could seamlessly connect to my 10cm dryer tube. It relies on a standard 10cm fan from a local DIY shop, specifically the Rotheigner Air Tube 100 I purchased at Hornbach. Cutting out this component from 3mm plywood provided more than sufficient sturdiness for my needs. The part that slides into the K40 laser engraver features two distinct layers: one with strategically placed cutouts to allow screws to pass through, and a secondary layer that ensures a snug fit to the machine using insulation foam tape. A significant advantage of this design is the ability to access the laser tube compartment without removing the fan.
