I've designed several components for a K40 laser cutter with Cloudray mirror mounts from the Cloudray Laser website, specifically the K-Series Laser Head Set in blue and gold. You'll note that this design is tailored for the 4060 model rather than the 3020. Despite this, it comes with mirrors and a focusing lens included, making it a more cost-effective option. It's essential to keep in mind that the first mirror requires new bolt holes to be drilled, whereas the second mirror remains unaffected. Additionally, you'll need to print a new head plate as the air assist head is larger than the standard K40 head and needs to be positioned lower. I've removed the bed and replaced it with magnetic stand-offs, which should be easy to position in the corners or as needed. For optimal results when cutting 3mm material, I recommend using 63mm stand-off height. However, your specific requirements may vary.
