K40 Chinese 40w laser air assist nozzle

This design represents my own approach to an air assist system for the K40 laser system. When examining other designs, I wanted a solution that wouldn't force me to choose between effectively clearing smoke from the lens and having a robust air assist. To achieve this balance, I've created a part that channels most of the airflow through the air assist while also providing sufficient pressure to keep the lens clear by bleeding some air into the lens area. Although it might not be the optimal solution, I know it works effectively for my needs. I appreciate your time in reviewing this design. The hole is intended for 1/4" ID and 3/8" OD tubing.
