K40 Air Assist Nozzle for PTFE tube

This is an air assist nozzle for the K40 Co2 laser machine. We are using 3x4mm PTFE tubing for the air instead of the 4mm ID air tube usually used in this kind of application as it was the only thing we had accessible at the time the laser arrived. Works surprisingly well with a nice fitment on the lens. Results after adding this nozzle are amazing :D Just snap it on, add your ptfe tube through the drag chain and out of the back of the machine and you are good to go. We printed ours in PLA for testing but still holds up well so we are not changing it at the moment. It might be a better idea to print this in PETG or ABS / ASA.
